Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Magic Mobile Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) prioritizes user privacy and data protection for all individuals who access and utilize our mobile applications. This comprehensive Privacy Policy applies to all Android applications developed, published, and operated by Magic Mobile Studio on the Google Play Store (collectively referred to as “our Apps”), including but not limited to volume booster, speaker cleaner, and status saver. This document elaborates on our practices for collecting, utilizing, retaining, safeguarding, and disclosing user information during your interaction with our Apps.

It is important to note that not every application under our developer account integrates all features, device permissions, or third-party software development kits (SDKs) outlined in this policy. Actual data processing practices vary based on the unique functionality, built-in configurations of each individual App, and your personal usage behaviors. Any supplementary privacy disclosures displayed within a specific App shall be deemed complementary to this Privacy Policy and should be reviewed jointly with the terms herein.

1. Automatically Collected Information

When you launch and use our mobile applications, we and our authorized third-party service providers may automatically gather non-user-initiated device data and usage analytics information. The collected data covers a wide range of technical and behavioral details, including your device model, mobile operating system and its version, system language settings, geographic region and country identifier, network connection type and related information, truncated or full IP address, unique device and application identification codes, Android Advertising ID (where device settings permit its collection), in-app operation records, user session duration and status, application crash logs, system diagnostic data, and performance optimization metrics.

We leverage this automatically collected information to sustain normal App operation, analyze user usage trends, optimize application performance and stability, deliver targeted advertising content, prevent fraudulent access and malicious network behaviors, and maintain the overall security of our service ecosystem.

2. User-Proactively Provided Information

Certain functional modules of our Apps may allow or require you to voluntarily submit personal information to activate corresponding services. The information you may actively provide includes user feedback and suggestions submitted through in-app channels, content generated by you during App usage, and other optional personal details you choose to share with us.

We only process user-submitted data to the extent necessary to fulfill the specific functional purposes you intend to use. For applications that do not support the above interactive or submission features, the corresponding data collection and processing rules will not apply to such Apps, and no relevant user-provided information will be collected.

3. Device Access Permissions

To ensure the complete and normal operation of core functions of our Apps (volume booster, speaker cleaner, status saver and other affiliated applications), we may apply for limited access permissions to your mobile device. All permissions we request are strictly matched with actual service functions, and no redundant or unauthorized permission access will be initiated. The detailed permission types and corresponding usage purposes are specified below:

4. Data Processing, Storage and Transmission Rules

Our applications adopt a combination of local device processing and remote server data transmission mechanisms. Most core functional operations (such as local audio adjustment, speaker detection, local status media saving) are completely processed on your mobile device, and the generated user local content will not be uploaded to any remote server. Only necessary technical data (such as device operation logs and anonymous usage statistics) will be transmitted to our official servers or trusted third-party service providers for service maintenance and optimization.

All user personal content processed locally on the device is only stored in your local mobile storage space. No cloud synchronization or remote backup will be performed without your explicit consent. Any data transmission behavior of our Apps complies with global data security specifications and encrypted transmission standards to ensure data transmission safety.

5. Purposes of Data Utilization

All user information collected by us will only be used for legitimate and specified service purposes, and we will never use user data for any improper purposes that are inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. The main usage scenarios include: maintaining the normal operation and functional integrity of all Apps under our account; continuously optimizing user operation experience and application stability; diagnosing technical faults, repairing program bugs and improving product performance; responding to user feedback and providing after-sales customer support; delivering and measuring advertising content effects; identifying and preventing network fraud, malicious attacks and security risks; and fulfilling mandatory legal and regulatory obligations that we are subject to.

6. Integrated Third-Party SDKs & Service Providers

To enrich App functions, optimize advertising monetization, realize data statistics analysis and improve operational stability, our Apps integrate a variety of third-party SDK services. It is clarified that different Apps may access different SDKs according to their functional positioning, and not all SDKs listed below are applicable to every single App. All third-party service providers process user data in accordance with their independent privacy policies, and we will strictly supervise their data compliance behaviors. In regions with strict privacy compliance requirements such as the European Economic Area, we rely on Google UMP tools to obtain your explicit authorization for advertising data processing. You can adjust your personalized advertising preferences at any time through the privacy setting entrance in the App or the system advertising permission settings of your mobile device, and choose to turn off targeted advertising services.

8. Data Sharing and Transmission Rules

We firmly do not sell any user personal data for commercial profit. We only share necessary user data with trusted third-party service providers (including advertising platforms, data statistics tools and technical maintenance providers) when it is necessary to realize App functions, advertising delivery, data analysis and security protection services.

All third-party partners who obtain user data have signed strict data confidentiality agreements with us, and they are only allowed to process data within the scope of entrusted services. In addition to the situations stipulated in this policy, user active authorization and legal mandatory requirements, we will never disclose or transmit your personal data to unrelated third parties without legitimate reasons.

9. Data Security Protection Measures

We adopt standardized technical and organizational security measures to fully protect your user data, including encrypted data transmission protocols, strict server access authority control, regular system security detection and vulnerability repair, and data access behavior monitoring mechanisms. These measures effectively reduce the risks of data leakage, tampering, loss and unauthorized access.

It should be noted that no electronic data transmission and network storage technology can achieve absolute security. In the event of any data security risk that conforms to legal provisions, we will take emergency repair measures and notify relevant users and regulatory departments in a timely manner.

10. Data Retention and User Deletion Rights

We only retain user data within the time limit required to achieve the stated service purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve service disputes and prevent security risks. The data retention cycle of third-party SDK services shall follow the independent retention rules of each service provider.

All subscription payment businesses are processed through the official Google Play billing system. We do not directly collect, record or store your bank card, payment account and other sensitive payment information. All payment data processing behaviors are subject to Google Play's official privacy protection rules. Users can manage their subscription status, including renewal cancellation and service termination, through the Google Play account management interface.
